Who we are

Workplace Putt-Off is run by Putter Madness Ltd. Contact hello@puttermadness.co.uk with privacy questions or requests.

Your enquiry

We store the name, work email, company, city, team size and optional message you submit to respond to your interest and discuss participation. Our hosting and email services process this information to save your enquiry and notify our team. Submitting an enquiry does not give permission for advertising tracking. We do not send these form fields to Meta.

Meta advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure page visits and successful Register Interest enquiries and support ad optimisation. A Lead event is reported only after an enquiry has been saved, not for a button click. This is an enquiry, not a booking or purchase.

When permitted, Meta receives the event type, page URL, IP address, browser/device information and advertising cookie identifiers, such as _fbp (typically up to three months) and _fbc when present. A random event identifier distinguishes saved enquiries; it contains no form details. Meta may process information internationally under its own privacy policy. We do not enable automatic form-data collection, customer matching or server-side conversion uploads.

Consent and withdrawal

In the UK and other regions requiring consent, advertising tracking is off until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, the same rule applies. Elsewhere, ordinary advertising measurement is enabled unless you reject it or signal an applicable opt-out. Rejecting does not affect your enquiry.

Essential browser storage records a random visitor reference, the region, each advertising choice and time, and the notice version and text shown. We keep previous acceptance evidence when you withdraw. A local record links each saved enquiry’s random identifier to its event-time and latest advertising choices. These records remain in your browser until you clear website data.

Open Cookie settings at any time to change your choice. Opening settings does not change it; rejecting stops future tracking immediately, including in other open tabs. Events blocked before acceptance are not sent later. Withdrawal does not undo information already shared with Meta. You can also contact us to discuss your data or privacy rights.

Notice record

Advertising notice version: wpo-advertising-v1. We retain enquiry information only as needed to respond, arrange participation and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. You can raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
